Pricing

Pricing of the pups is based on availability, gender, coat, color and breeding bloodlines.  A price for each pup will be agreed on in writing between the perspective buyer and Labs Forever in advance.  Upon written agreement of the purchase price, the buyer will secure a litter selection spot relative to others interested and deposited on the same litter.  Selection spots are assigned on a First Come First Deposited basis.  A deposit of $100 is required and will be applied to the final payment.  A receipt, order number and amount of final payment will be issued at the time of the deposit.  Deposits are refundable only if there are complications in the birth of the litter or a small number of pups are born to a litter.  If the buyer so desires, the deposit may be applied in these cases to a future litter.  If final payment has not received by the 12th week from date of birth of the litter, the deposit will be forfeited.
